So another ex-Mariner is a World Series hero - slap-hitter Scott Podsednik somehow uncorks a ninth inning homer for a White Sox walk-off win. Somehow the Chicago organization got top knotch play out of them (Scott + Freddie) that the Seattle team couldn't.
