WA sez: Don't blog about Internet gambling
Now this is disturbing. Washington State has recently outlawed Internet gambling and even worse, has outlawed writing about it. Even the Seattle Times column on Texas Hold 'Em strategy may be in violation. This sure seems like a violation of the First Amendment right to free speech. I hope the courts strike it down. I'd like to know if any of my representatives in Olympia voted for this abomination. Anyone know how to find out?

Looks like this is the one and looks like it got only token opposition. All the 5th district reps voted for it.
Man, that's sad. It was almost unanimous. All of my reps voted for it, too.
