Playing guitar with a spoon

I've been playing guitar for many years. And there are many ways to play the guitar. But this guy, Hannes Coetzee from South Africa, has come up with a way of playing guitar with a spoon that I have never seen before. It's a unique sound, letting him get the slide effects while still fretting chords.
